If you choose a $125 deductible, this plan costs $45.95 per month. You can also pay for the entire year upfront at a rate of $719.40, $599.40, or $551.40, respectively. Contracts and Restrictions

When you purchase a Total Protect Home Warranty, you are entitled to a free 15-day review period during which you can cancel your coverage at no charge with no cancellation fee. You are not allowed to place any claims during the 15-day period, and full coverage begins on the effective date at which point you will be billed or charged for service.
When you purchase a home warranty plan, you attest that the items for which you are seeking coverage are all in good working order and have no known failures. You also agree that any item not in good working order at the time of purchase will not be eligible for coverage under your plan.
You may void the home service agreement within 30 days of the effective date for a full refund of the contract fees, as long as no claim has been made. A 10% penalty per month will be added to any refund request made after 30 days, including any accrued penalties, that is not paid or credited within 30 days after termination of the agreement.
Plan coverage will automatically renew at the option of the Issuing Company for successive 1-year periods unless canceled by either party in accordance with the cancellation provisions. You will be notified of any rate, and/or coverage changes not less than 30 days prior to agreement expiration.
